Your Title: Accounting Assistant

Your Location: Remote/Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Senior Manager, Accounting

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm EST

Compensation: $20.50/hour plus bonus!

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Entering loan payments, repo sales, and service cancellation refunds into our loan management system on a daily basis.
• Recording and tracking payments, updating spreadsheets and other accounting databases accordingly;
• Preparing documents for external audit, as well as assisting with other side projects from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - related to accounting/finance is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office including strong Excel skills;
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
• Good time management skill and ability to prioritize urgent matters;
• Related financed/accounting background is a plus.
