Responsabilities

• Point of contact to all audit exercises, include but not limited to: conduct sampling for audit, review findings and develop recommendations to improve business process, controls, efficiencies and effectiveness of the sanctions program and process
• Performs quality assurance reviews on system, process and control. Make recommendations for quality assurance and improvement programs
• Participate in risk assessments
• Provide guidance to mitigate potential risk or conflicts
• Inform operations team of risk, make recommendations to resolve risk, and consults with departments on the resolution of recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Audit Compliance, ideally familiar with system and process control
• Good command of English
• Excellent in excel and data analytics
• Sanctions Compliance certifications would be an advantage
• Solid understanding in sanctions and screening processes and able to optimize system control and process design
• Able to manage internal stakeholders (up / down) expectations and relationships.
• Eagerness to learn, develop deep understanding on operational process with a mindset of becoming an SME
• Accountable to actions, follow through action plan from end-to-end
• Be able to meet extremely tight deadline, able to prioritize tasks by criticality
