CRNA - Full-Time - OB Focus  

Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led, physician-owned anesthesia group, is looking for CRNAs with OB experience to join our team at Dignity Health St. John's Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA.

Join a collaborative and well-established team in a community hospital setting. CRNAs practice independently and are integral to delivering quality OB anesthesia care. Must have at least 6 months experience. OB-focused schedule.

Position Highlights 

• Primary Facility: St. John’s Regional Medical Center (Oxnard, CA) 

• 8 ORs + 2 OB suites 

• 1,495 births annually 

• 88 OB shifts per year 

• Independent practice model 

• Additional Site: St. John’s Camarillo (no OB) 

• 2 ORs in operation 

• Distance between both sites: 9 miles
• Schedule: OB-focused with additional OR cases 

• Experience: Minimum 6 months required 

 

Compensation & Benefits 

• W2 Compensation: $316,800 annually 

• Commencement Bonus: $20,000 for a 2-year commitment 

• Retention Bonus: $15,000 annually, paid in a lump sum 

• PTO: 6 weeks 

• Relocation Assistance: $10,000 

• CME: Up to $3,000 per year 

• Insurance: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Malpractice

• Retirement: 401(k) with FSA options 

• Employment Model: W2 

 

Requirements 

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses

• NBCRNA certification 

• DEA and California Controlled Substance Registration
