Reporting to the Director, you will:</p><ul><li>Acting as go to contact for day to day reporting matters. </li><li>Leading and supporting process improvement initiatives across the department</li><li>Preparing, coordinating financial reporting deliverables for clients</li><li>Support the resource planning and workload allocation within the team</li><li>Building and maintaining strong Client relationships</li><li>Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of financial statement workings and reports</li><li>Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely and acurate deliverables</li><li>Leading, coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or related fields.</li><li>Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or CFA.</li><li>Strong computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word is essential.</li><li>In-depth understanding of fund administration industry.</li><li>Experience with accounting software Geneva, Investran or Yardi an advantage.
