You’ll work closely with leaders in AI Application Development, Insight-Centric UX, Data Platform, and Engineering Support to craft technical documentation, customer-facing guides, internal strategy memos, and enablement materials that drive clarity, alignment, and impact across the organization.
This is not just about writing documentation — it’s about turning innovation into understanding. Your audience includes everyone from engineers and researchers to executives and Fortune 500 customers.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Communication & Documentation
- Write clear, concise, and technically accurate documents across a range of formats: white papers, solution briefs, runbooks, API references, architecture diagrams, product walkthroughs, RCA reports, and more.
- Document advanced AI/ML architectures, agent-based user experiences, and complex support escalation workflows.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to understand and communicate the “why” and “how” behind product decisions and system behavior.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Embed with teams across AI, infrastructure, support, and design to gather technical insights and ensure content accuracy.
- Help standardize language and messaging across cross-functional groups to improve knowledge flow and communication efficiency.
- Assist with the development of internal wikis, knowledge bases, and onboarding materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
AI-Aware Authoring
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., LLMs, summarizers, prompt optimizers, diagram generators) to accelerate drafting, formatting, and validation.
- Help define prompt libraries and documentation around agent behavior, user queries, and explainability features.
- Collaborate on content for AI-driven interfaces — including tooltips, agent responses, and guided interaction flows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical writing, product documentation, or technical communication for enterprise software, AI systems, or infrastructure platforms.
- Ability to distill complex systems (distributed storage, ML pipelines, LLM agents, etc.) into readable and structured content.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering, product, and design leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional written English and storytelling skills, including visual structuring (tables, diagrams, workflows).
- Comfortable using and documenting AI/ML technologies, cloud-native architectures, and developer-facing APIs or SDKs.
