How you’ll make an impact:
The Sr. Manager, Planning, Flow and Analytics is responsible for driving the coordination of production, workforce, and order flow across the Braselton Distribution Center to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), productivity, and cost goals are consistently achieved. This role oversees volume and labor planning, wave management, and operational analytics—partnering closely with Operations Directors, Workforce Management, and Human Resources to optimize staffing, throughput, and overall building performance. This role leads a team of both exempt and non-exempt professionals working across multiple shifts.
35% Planning – Production and Workforce
- Responsible for volume and workforce planning by shift and in alignment with volume forecasts and financial budget.
- Develop UPH goals to ensure alignment with budgeted CPU. Partner with Operations Directors to address and resolve issues with misses to department and building UPH targets.
- Plan workforce required to support SLA and UPH metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and teach all direct reports the specific workforce planning logic, techniques, and methodology to ensure appropriate staffing to support productivity and SLA requirements.
- Provide staffing needs to Human Resources to support timely recruitment and employment.
- Effectively communicate with all business partners to ensure service metrics are met or exceeded.
20% Wave Planning
- Own and manage flow of work into and out of the facility to meet/exceed service level agreements (SLA).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all workflow waves.
- Responsible for exceptions (any order not properly flowing through normal processing steps) from identifying, understanding root cause, eliminating root causes, timely processing to meet SLA’s.
- Manage the complexities and dynamics of flow alternating between Wholesale, Retail and eComm channels, between processing engines and across shifts.
20% Flow
- Own and manage flow of work in the facility in to meet/exceed well-defined service level agreements (SLA). Ensure waves are replenished, picking is timely and staffing levels are adjusted to support accomplishment of timely wave completion.
- Ensure timeliness (starting and closing) of all workflow waves.
- Develop and teach all direct reports the specific order flow to ensure all work is flowing to the distribution floor for processing.
- Responsible for exceptions (any order not properly flowing through normal processing steps) from identifying, understanding root cause, eliminating root causes, timely processing to meet service metrics.
25% Analytics
- Support and lead data initiatives for the Braselton operations team.
- Manage development of financial models to support large scale projects and initiatives.
- Perform statistical analysis to investigate forecast variances and propose forecasting solutions.

Must Have:
- General understanding and knowledge of the latest distribution center technologies.
- Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills required.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal (influencing, collaborating, etc.).
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Proven ability in making sound business decisions (focus on the decision-making process and the use of solid data to formulate and implement decisions).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and evening or weekend shifts.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, supply chain or related field
- 3+ years experience leading non-exempt teams
- 5-7 years of managerial level experience with a preference of 1-3 years in the apparel distribution functional area and experience in DC processing functions and Waving.
- Prior experience community outreach and relationship management
- Experience working within a sophisticated Information Technology (IT) structure.
- Experience working a high volume, fast-paced Supply Chain environment.
