Searching for an alternate to the community mental health grind of high-volume caseloads and high crisis cases? Dayspring may be a great fit for you! Dayspring is currently seeking enthusiastic Mental Health Therapists to join our teams.
Our current areas of need are:
- Mental Health Therapists that hold an LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, or an LMFTA in Washington State.
- Mental Health Therapists with experience in Mental Health Therapy (both virtually and in-person).
- Mental Health Therapists who work with clients, preferable ages of 9 through adulthood
- Mental Health Therapists who have flexibility in their schedule with some morning, in-person availability
Responsibilities of a Mental Health Therapist at Dayspring include:
- Having obtained a Master's degree in psychology or counseling related field.
- Hosting Clinical Intake and Clinical Psychotherapy Sessions
- Maintaining clinical documentation on a daily basis.
- Meeting with 16 or more clients per week (both in person and online)
- Maintaining licensing requirements per state requirements to practice.
- Attending quarterly virtual team staff meetings.
- Attending weekly supervision (applicable to associate-level therapists)
- Collaborating with colleagues and actively improving your counseling skills.
- Efficiently communicating with support staff to maintain business workflow.

Minimum Hourly Rate (Part-Time Therapist Associate): $52
Maximum Hourly Rate (Full Time Therapist): $67.60
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. This range is dependent solely on type of license held and rate of clients regularly seen. Rates are non-negotiable. This is not inclusive of the value of ARC Health Partner’s benefits package, which includes, among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision, and retirement.

Requirements
Education:
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Certifications:
- Licensed as an LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, or an LMFTA
- Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require long periods of sitting and standing.
- Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
- Good communication skills and emotional resilience to provide support to patients facing mental health challenges.
Location:
- Must currently reside in the state of Washington and have the ability to commute to a Dayspring Behavioral Health office 2-4 days per week.
