Client Success Specialist IV

<p>Currently, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the Oracle MySQL Subscription business. The CSM will be responsible for a set of large Enterprise and/or Public Sector accounts in a number of sub-regions in the EMEA region. </p> <p>This role is strategically important to the continued success of Oracle MySQL. In this role you will be responsible for delivering on revenue quotas as well as building a strong renewal base through high customer satisfaction.  To this end, your focus will be on existing customers’ success as well as overall customer retention.  In this role you will showcase your excellent account management skills by not only work closely with the customer but also the internal Oracle MySQL product development team where you will act as a conduit between the two. This is achieved by listening to customers concerns as well as their ideas for new product features, functionalities and tools.</p> <p><strong>Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background</strong></p> <p>·      Sales experience of a software product, subscription, support renewals or SaaS </p> <p>·       Track record of high performance in a quota-carrying role</p> <p>·       Ability to excel in a high-energy, quarterly-results driven sales culture</p> <p>·       10+ Years sales experience or account management for large enterprise clients or public sector</p> <p>·       Proven expertise working with the executive level in client environments, as well as with procurement, business owners, legal and other client stakeholders </p> <p>·       Ability to effectively negotiate in both challenging and collaborative sales engagements</p> <p>·       Experience developing and delivering compelling presentations and/or sales approaches for both end customers as well as internal stake holders.</p> <p>·       Bachelor’s degree in Business or technology related discipline</p> <p>·       Some travel (25%+) may be required</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>·       Maximize renewal revenue and achieve quarterly renewal targets</p> <p>·       Identify, develop and sell expansion of the Oracle MySQL Subscription</p> <p>·       Pipeline management and accurately forecast quarterly revenue</p> <p>·       Drive onboarding so the customer gets the most value out of the Oracle MySQL Subscription</p> <p>·       Identify “at-risk” renewals early in the cycle and construct an action plan to retain the client</p> <p>·       Be a liaison and customer voice by selling collective customer ideas, features, functionalities, tools, issues, pain points to the MySQL Product Development team</p> <p>Career Level - IC4</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><span>As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
