Role Purpose:

Maintaining production testing needs based on Customer and Plant requirements.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collection and Preparation for products requiring daily testing
  • Daily part testing as per pick schedule
  • Perform Lab Submissions and Maintain Submission Log
  • Collect and enter data on the different Quality software’s, i.e., QI Analysts, Excel Datasheets, etc.
  • Communicate with QA Mgr., QA Engineer and others for any concerns related to Testing
  • Participate in Gauge R&R’s Studies
  • Assist Quality Engineer on Preparation of PPAP documentation
  • Assist Quality Engineer in Performing Dimensional reports as needed
  • Participate on Daily Kamishibai Audits
  • Daily Part product audits (dock audit)
  • Ensure reports are filed in a timely manner
  • Maintain Good Housekeeping in work area
  • Various work assignments in mechanical testing laboratory.
  • Other quality duties as assigned by quality manager

 

Qualifications:  

  • Preferably enrolled in, or graduated from, four-year university engineering program
  • High School as minimum
  • Knowledge and ability to use basic computer software packages such as Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Self-driven, organized, can meet deadlines
  • Good manual dexterity.
