Job Description
Team Leadership:
Supervise staff, coach and develop team members, foster morale, and support operational improvements.Workflow & Performance:
Coordinate daily tasks to meet turnaround times (TAT), conduct performance reviews, manage training records, and support hiring and succession planning.Client & Project Support:
Interface with clients and project teams to deliver asset and data management services.Instrumentation Management:
Perform and document qualifications (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis), urgent repairs, and scheduled maintenance.Vendor Coordination:
Escort vendors for on-site maintenance and ensure proper documentation.System & Compliance:
Input data into GMARS, support change controls and investigations, and report on service metrics.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology) with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.Technical Skills:
Experience with HPLC required. GC, KF, UV-Vis; familiarity with GMARS asset management system preferred.Soft Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.Work Style:
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining accurate records and following procedures.Location:
