Software Engineer, Senior (NJUS)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations, mentor mid & associate engineers, drive innovation, and ensure optimal performance and scalability of AEM solutions.
  • 4-6+ years of hands-on experience with AEM (preferably AEM as Cloud Service) and deep expertise in AEM architecture and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with solutions architects and stakeholders to design and implement AEM solutions.
• Develop custom design components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM, ensuring optimal performance.
• Continuously optimize AEM solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging Adobe technologies and industry trends.

Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Proficiency in AEM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, and tools like Maven and JIRA.

• Experience with testing (unit, integration, functional) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with AEM as Cloud Service, Apache Felix, Sling, and CRXDE.
• Expertise in AWS Lambdas, S3 buckets, IaC configurations.
• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud systems.
