Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations, mentor mid & associate engineers, drive innovation, and ensure optimal performance and scalability of AEM solutions.
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience with AEM (preferably AEM as Cloud Service) and deep expertise in AEM architecture and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with solutions architects and stakeholders to design and implement AEM solutions.
- Develop custom design components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM, ensuring optimal performance.
- Continuously optimize AEM solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging Adobe technologies and industry trends.

- Proficiency in AEM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, and tools like Maven and JIRA.
- Familiarity with Headful and Headless AEM implementations.
- Experience with testing (unit, integration, functional) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with AEM as Cloud Service, Apache Felix, Sling, and CRXDE.
- Expertise in AWS Lambdas, S3 buckets, IaC configurations.
- Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud systems.
