Bulk Shipping & Receiving Utility I - Arbuckle, CA
This is an hourly position
Position Summary:
- This position offers an exciting opportunity for Utility I-Bulk Shipping and receiving in Mill department of Rice Mill.
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily and pre-use inspections of forklifts and bobcats
- Daily inventory of re-work, bran and scalping
- Receiving paddy trucks
- Load trucks and railcars
- Dump re-works and any other on a daily basis
- Preventative Maintenance and Cleaning of equipment
- Preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Assist in development of SOP’s and Work Instructions
- Train new hires
- Can work overtime each day
- Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
- Assist in completing JSA’s
- Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.

- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- All other duties assigned by management
- Forklift qualified
- Work well with others
- Good attendance
- Not afraid of heights

- Basic Math skills
- Respectful, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Must be self-motivated
- Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bilingual is a plus
- Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
- Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels
- Occasionally lifting, stooping and climbing
- Available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
18.50-20.00
