Light & Wonder is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to help us WIN AS A TEAM by attracting and hiring talented individuals to join our growing company! The term of the contract will go through January 2025, with a potential opportunity to convert to full time.

Essential Job Functions:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional level roles. Using your strong networking and relationship building skills, you will become a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, HR Partners and other stakeholders as you partner to execute recruitment strategies, identify and hire top talent.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.

• At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
