To do this we employ the brightest minds that share our purpose and want to make a difference. Together we are<a href="https://www.experian.com/careers/experian-life"> #UniquelyExperian</a></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In your role as Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the consulting, successful implementation and support of industry-specific risk and fraud management solutions along the order-to-cash process for our customers in the focus industries of banking, telecommunications, insurance, e-commerce and payment.</p><ul><li>Together with our customers in the DACH region, you advise and develop individual solutions to optimise processes in the areas of risk, fraud &amp; identity in application, inventory and debtor management.</li><li>You take on the planning, management and implementation of consulting and implementation projects in an international environment (e.g. software products, data, scores) with responsibility for results.</li><li>As a technical expert, you take over the technical support of our existing customers, identify optimisation potential and realise follow-up projects (cross-/upselling)</li><li>You support our respective sales teams with your technical expertise within the scope of various pre-sales activities.</li><li>You ensure the transfer of technical know-how from customer and project work and act as an impulse and idea generator for product management.</li><li>You ensure the ongoing development and optimisation of methods and processes for the implementation of customer projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Completed business administration training or studies in business informatics, business administration or comparable</li><li>Professional experience and expertise in risk management with a focus on project/process management, preferably in one of the above-mentioned focus industries</li><li>Knowledge of software products for scoring and decision control desirable</li><li>Very good comprehension and creativity, high degree of flexibility and initiative</li><li>Analytical, structured and goal-oriented way of working, strong team orientation</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Excellent command of both written and spoken German as well as English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours</strong></p><p>Experian's culture and people are key differentiators.
