Location: Marki, Poland
Your tasks:
- Management and leadership of the SCM organization containing ~20 employees, including operational and budgetary responsibility:
- Full responsibility for ink production, quality control, warehousing, logistics and compliance with legal requirements, including Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines, as well as maintenance of plant and facilities
- Ensure efficient planning and control of resources and capacities to achieve defined production and delivery targets and KPIs
- Continuous optimization of site performance and processes
- Plan, realize and control projects in consideration of timing, cost and standards in agreement with included departments.
- Reporting operational results and providing strategic recommendations
- Overall site management, reporting directly into the EMEA Management Team with a total of ~50 employees belonging to the Polish entity
- Chairing the local management team
- Ensuring achievement of business plans, standards and objectives
- Promoting a collegial and cooperative working atmosphere across all functions at the site
- Translating and implementing global corporate guidelines at local level
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Building trusting and close cooperation with local interfaces (e.g. sales and technology department), affiliated entities and external service providers and regulatory authorities
Your profile:
- Based on a technical/commercial degree, you have gained several years of management experience in a production environment
- You have profound technical and business management knowledge (international logistics, warehousing, safety regulations, project management etc.)
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented leadership experience to inspire and motivate employees
- Solution driven, decisive and the ability to engage constructively with stakeholders on all levels
- Confident in using standard MS Office applications, SAP of advantage
- You are fluent in Polish, as well as professional in spoken and written English
