Civil Sector Capture Manager

Key Role:

Identify and win executable business for civilian government clients through capture management of large pursuits. Foster client relationship development through direct client engagement and strategic account development. Build and implement process improvements to sustain rapid account growth and scale. Apply expertise across the business development lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through strategic capture and proposal and development for opportunities $25M+. Lead capture for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending client requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and building a differentiated team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid. Manage key stakeholder and client relationships based in the Civilian industry and with government clients. Drive market-based competitive intelligence and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding specific client-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline. Build scalable and repeatable processes to support a high-quality, quick-turn capture and proposal efforts. Engage with senior leaders to implement process improvement efforts to meet the needs of short and long-term growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience supporting bids for government clients exceeding $25M

• 3+ years of experience with the direct management of complex solutions and development capture efforts for Civilian government clients

• Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analyses

• Experience briefing senior executives and government clients

• Ability to quickly demonstrate strong leadership throughout the capture process for internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree
