Position Summary

The Delivery driver must enjoy working with customers during transport and delivery alongside a network of Kibble Equipment logistics support that have a common passion for agriculture, adding value and improving the customer experience. Key personal qualities include the ability to safely transport equipment to and from assigned locations, strong communication and organizational skills, and be a team player. A strong work ethic, moral standards with a high level of professionalism, customer service, and pride in the quality of work performed will lead to success for this individual.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Safely load and transport dealer and customer owned equipment to and from dealer, customer, or factory locations
• Maintain assigned equipment in high working order and cleanliness.
• Proactively communicate with load requester.
• Follow all county, state, or federal safety regulations.
• Maintain all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, and company policy.
• Instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and promotes a positive dealer image.
• Other duties or projects as assigned by management.

 

Transport Job Functions

• Out of State transport, primarily upper Midwest
• Home every night--NO Overnight transports
• Heavy load transports
• Large Ag equipment, small ag and lawn consumer product transports
• Weekend transports and/or deliveries.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required.
• Basic understanding of Large Equipment operations required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Valid Driver’s Licenses required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
