Software QA Analyst

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for validating the quality of web, mobile, and desktop applications. Collaborating closely with agile development teams, this role involves designing and executing scripted tests to guarantee the release of high-quality products. Essential Duties 

• Execute test cases accurately and document test results comprehensively.
• Identify, log, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Adhere to established Quality Assurance (QA) processes and standards.
• Conduct functional, regression, and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate in the development of test plans and the creation of test cases.

Education/Experience

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, or fields related to accounting. A degree in History will also be considered.
• Entry level to 4 years of experience in software quality assurance or customer support is preferred.
