<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>

<ul>
<li><strong>Key asset design: </strong>You’ll lead the strategy and execution of design for digital ads, websites, emails and other core assets</li>
<li><strong>Unwavering quality</strong>: You consistently deliver top-notch designs that fit the client's brand. Follow a strong QA process before launch</li>
<li><strong>Link creative to outcomes</strong>: Everyone at UTTR understands how their work drives outcomes. You’ll design with the understanding the ultimate goal. You’ll review performance and come up with subsequent creative iterations</li>
<li><strong>Deeply understand audiences : </strong>We work across the B2B world, in a diverse range of industries and niches. You need to be able to quickly understand each audience in order to recommend relevant creatives</li>
<li><strong>Team collaboration</strong>: Work collaboratively with multiple functions, including performance marketing and copywriting to drive results</li>
<li><strong>Evolve and refine</strong>: Take insights from previous projects and apply that knowledge to improve our collective knowledge as a company</li>
<li><strong>Project management</strong>: Handle projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery, and keeping everyone in the loop‍</li>

<li><strong>A strong digital portfolio:</strong> You have experience and a portfolio of work across email, web and digital ads</li>
<li><strong>Figma</strong>: A background in using Figma</li>
<li><strong>Self-starter</strong>: You’re positive and proactive</li>
<li><strong>Organized:</strong> You know how to manage multiple work streams and manage your</li>
<li><strong>High standards: </strong>You don’t ship for the sake of shipping but spend that extra time to get things right‍</li>
