The Department of Radiology at the ICAHN school of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with New York City H + H/Queens is seeking a full time Interventional Radiologist to provide coverage at Queens Hospital Center (QHC), Jamaica, New York.

New York City H + H/Queens, an acute care facility, is part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country and serves the most culturally diverse in the world with a wide spectrum of medical conditions.
Responsibilities will entail help in covering Interventional radiology (50 %) and Diagnostic radiology (50%) at Queens Hospital Center.
The Radiology Department at QHC performs approximately 130K studies per year. The Department has 2 state of the Art 128 slice CT scanners, a Pet/CT scanner, a 1.5 Tesla MRI, ultrasound, Diagnostic x-rays/Fluoroscopy suites and Nuclear medicine.
The Interventional Radiology (IR) department is well developed and our IR Suite has been upgraded to a State of the Art GE machine. The candidate will be joining another Interventional radiologist to provide services. The interventional department provides a variety of services, most common are venous access, non-vascular procedures/biopsies, visceral and Pulmonary interventions. The IR department is supported by 3 Nurses, one technologist and a full time Physician Assistant.
- Must be Board certified/eligible in radiology/Interventional Radiology and have successfully completed a Fellowship in Interventional Radiology.
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York.
Compensation range from 456K to 506K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
