Why it’s worth it:

The Salesforce Architect is a key technical partner to the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Responsible for the daily user administration and support of our SFDC instance, you help set the framework for our GTM team’s success. Building off this framework, you will have the opportunity to expand our GTM team’s potential by designing and implementing changes across the sales technology stack.

The everyday hustle:

• Day-to-day system operations within Salesforce platform.

• Provide regular end-user training related to new features, enhancements, and changes to the system.

• Oversee the user-administration process, including user activation, role structure, profiles, adoption, and permissions.

• Provide technical support to end-users across the sales technology stack, including SFDC, Clari, Chorus, etc.

• Support the evolution of our SFDC instance by identifying improvements and gathering requirements for completion.

• Assist in building automation to improve the user experience.

Do you have what it takes?

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with detailed knowledge of functionality.

• 0-2 years’ experience in a Sales Operations role.

• Knowledge of data loading tools, such as dataloader, workbench, etc.

• Experience building automation with Flow Builder.

• Detail-oriented person with strong change management skills.

• Ability to organize and manage your time effectively.

• Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
