Director, Patient Services Transformation Enablement

The Director, Patient Services Transformation Enablement will report to the Senior Director, Patient Services Transformation Enablement. This role focuses on operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and project management in support of Pfizer Patient Services transformation. The Director will ensure that Patient Services initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively, driving improvements in patient access, experience, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director in the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Patient Services.
- Orchestrate multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and patient services strategy.
- Ensure on-time delivery and execution of multiple priority Patient Services Enterprise initiatives (e.g., Digital transformation, new capabilities development).
- Develop and implement operational processes and frameworks to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in patient services.
- Provide operational support for strategic planning processes, including resource allocation, budget management, and performance reporting.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across Patient Services teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience required in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, with a focus on patient services, access and reimbursement, or related functions.
- Proven experience in project management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination within a matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with headquarters functions and field-based teams.
- Familiarity with compliance, procurement, and alliance management processes.
- Background in management consulting, with experience advising or leading large-scale transformation or enablement initiatives.
