The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and curious, Senior Program Manager, Digital to join our team. What You’ll Do:

• In partnership with internal and client/partner technical leaders and as part of the technical team, provide key requirements for development and integration of digital programs
• Determine scope, priority, and dependencies of integrated digital solution components to create an integrated project plan
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting support for digital programs.  This will involve project management activities such as meeting planning and facilitation, creating dashboards, ensuring overall team organization, management of timelines
• Communication:  ensuring smooth communication across teams, clients and up to leadership; ensuring regular updates to the appropriate stakeholders; managing escalation and decision-making processes.
• Lead appropriate workstreams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Collaborate with staff across multiple disciplines to accomplish goals
• Timeline management:   working with technical leads, functional leads and client to ensure timelines are kept on track; ensuring quick communication of delays and issues; regular reporting on project status and risks to appropriate stakeholders
• Risk management: Identify project issues and facilitate resolution, conduct risk management and contingency planning including facilitation of risk assessments

Who You Are:

• B.S. or equivalent experience in computer science, project management, engineering or related field
• Experience with development and delivery of integrated manufacturing application architecture
• Knowledge about software solutions which allow qualified workflows to auto-populate manufacturing execution and release documentation
• Experience with documenting requirements, approaches, and solutions for digital projects
• Vendor management experience, including routine communications and requests for proposals
• Ability to build program management road maps for multiple parallel projects
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective task/time management organizational skills
• Strong drive toward problem-solving and innovation
• Experience in project management tools: Smartsheet, Office 365, Microsoft Project, OnePager, etc

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT program or project management
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of GMP systems
