About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Visual Design team, which is responsible for transforming the goal of the company and the product into a sensible user experience and also looking after that experience to ensure it's scalable and sustainable. What you’ll be working on:

• Leading the design of visually striking and highly functional interfaces for DeFi products across web, mobile, and marketing touchpoints.
• Crafting brand-aligned visual narratives that simplify and elevate decentralized finance.
• Evolving and maintaining our visual brand system to ensure consistency across everything from product dashboards to token campaigns.
• Designing with web3 UX principles in mind - ensuring experiences are clear, accessible, and optimised for trust in a trustless world.
• Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions that meet DeFi-specific needs.
• Staying on the pulse of DeFi, crypto-native design trends, and blockchain ecosystems to drive innovation in every pixel.

About you:

• 5+ years in visual design, with a strong focus on web3 or crypto-native products - especially DeFi platforms, DEXs, or blockchain-based tools.
• Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms, user behaviors, and the nuances of designing for financial autonomy.
• A portfolio that shows off not just aesthetics, but your ability to distill complex DeFi concepts into intuitive, user-friendly visuals.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communicator and team player who can collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-moving, async-friendly environment.
• Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle will be a plus.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools in design. 
• Passionate about crypto culture and a believer in a decentralised future.
• Fluent in English.
