Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 (hourly rate + commission/bonus included)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed)
Location: Heritage Funeral Homes in North Carolina
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have a Funeral Director license in the state of North Carolina.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Outside sales experience is strongly preferred.

Must be licensed or willing to quickly obtain an insurance license—as required by state regulations.

Valid good standing driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently strong preferred but not required

Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Meet with families to present pre-need funeral and cremation options.

Generate new business through leads, referrals, and community outreach.

Work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with families.

Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

Develop community connections through networking, events, and outreach.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Participate in training and ongoing development.

Track activity utilizing company CRM and report results to leadership.

Complete contracts, paperwork, and payments accurately and on time.
