We are looking for additional support for our Idaho Falls team. This role will be On Call - taking calls overnight (5pm to 8am on weekdays and from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday during weekend). This role is 7 days on, 7 days off and service our overall territory as needed.
Starting pay from $26.00 - $30.00/hour (we are open to negotiation! ) In addition, our employees are eligible for mileage reimbursement, and more!

Responsibilities
- Completes an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).
- Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs.
- Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Develops a care plan which establishes goals, based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Includes the patient and the family in the planning process.
- Responsible for supervising home health aides.
- Meet productivity and drive radius expectations.
- Participates in On-Call
- Ensures that arrangements for equipment and other necessary items and services are available.
Qualfications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of one (1) year recent nursing experience as an RN or LVN/LPN (per state regulations) preferably in the area of public health, home care or hospice nursing.
- Current licensure in state and CPR/BLS certificate.
- Management experience not required.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
- Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to life, position or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/organization requirements and is in good working order.
