About the role

 

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Role reports to AVP, Business Unit FP&A
  2. Primarily responsibe for working cross functionally as a collaborative partner managing projects to drive Business Unit objectives
  3. Lead financial initiatives supporting Business Unit operational efficiency, ad hoc analyses, business cases and strategic decision-making
  4. Serve as project manager coordinating across Finance, Product, Technology, Operations and Business Units
  5. Support tools and templates related to business case management to ensure consistency across Business Units
  6. Develop financial models, providing insights and project outcomes to FP&A leadership
  7. Apply strong organization and problem solving skills documenting and presenting findings and deliverables in a clear, analytical manner
  8. Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements, coordinating with Corporate FP&A as needed
  9. Leverages technology to extract and assess data; serve as power-user of SAP financial systems
  10. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Demonstrates Company’s Core Competencies and values held within

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in Healthcare/Healthtech or Technology and experience in large companies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated project management, analytical, problem-solving, reporting, communication, people leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial modeling experience and ability to analyze data and complex situations and arrive at a logical conclusion
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, as well as organize and manage tasks while prioritizing to meet established deadlines
  • Ability interface with executive level management and operational leaders
  • Experience with SAP financial applications preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $125K-$135K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
