The Department: The Analytics & Business Intelligence (ABI) department at PVH Europe is responsible for delivering the organization towards a data driven, fact based future. Consisting of a mix between technology experts, front-end designers, back-end gurus and experienced fashion team members. We deliver a best in class (big) data platform that we have optimized to support associates across the value chain with high performing, accurate, information structured in a variety of front-end tooling for use by over 3000 associates on a regular basis. These insights support better business planning, a more consumer centric collection, intimate understanding of our markets, end-to-end supply chain visibility and in ensuring we achieve our ambitious targets. The Team: Within ABI, the Intelligent Product Kitchen focuses on measuring the performance of our brand’s collection decisions. With key stakeholders within brand strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, channels & our sales organizations. We build well desgined, high performing, analytical products that balance intuition with quantitative fact. Together with other ABI Product Teams, we aim to build bridges – highlighting the downstream impact of decisions made in the Product Kitchen. The Position The best (data) products are the result of intensive investigation + business refinement before kicking off development. These products leverage fewer assumptions by taking the time needed to engage across the divisions and product kitchen departments. This results in a cleaner product lifecycle, reducing wasteful overdevelopment by replacing assumptions with active collaboration. As a Product Owner within the Intelligent Product Kitchen team – you will work together with key stakeholders within the Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein brand teams. Exploring new use cases, structuring product roadmaps, refining product designs, being the bridge to our (front & back end) development teams and launching new products & features successfully. Key Responsibilities: Structure and maintain strong relationships with the PVH Europe product kitchen teams. Advise key stakeholders & leadership on best approaches towards solving complex (data related) challenges. Translate objectives into measureable KPIs/Measurements. Following a (version of) the understand, hypothesize, validate, design, validate, develop, validate, deploy & learn flow. Translate requirements into manageable agile sprint deliveries and organize a well structured backlog – together with the rest of the product team. The Ideal Candidate: 5-8 years of experience within a multinational, consumer facing brand. Balance of technical & functional/strategic business acumen. Bridge builder, excellent communicator with a wide range of stakeholders. Background in data, technology or digital a plus Retail, apparel, fashion or footwear industry experience a plus Firm belief in the power & potential of data, analytics & advanced modeling.
