We are looking for an Experience Designer Lead Senior to join PNC Bank, focusing on our ATM experiences. At PNC, you’ll build digital solutions that help people achieve their financial goals so they can focus on everything else life brings. You'll be a key player in shaping product design and strategy by collaborating with experience designers, agile development teams, and core product team members. You’ll use a strong, critical voice to deliver engaging, consistent, and accessible experiences to our audiences.
As an Experience Designer Lead Senior ATM space, you’ll partner with an established product management and technology team to enhance and evolve our customer experiences in the ATM channel. Transparency, high engagement, and collaboration are important dynamics you’ll be expected to bring to the team.
In this role, you will:
· Balance design strategy with hands-on execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs
· Identify problems and goals, map user flows and information architecture, and prototype interactions
· Collaborate with product and technology partners to understand the capabilities of the channel and the complexity of potential areas for further enhancement
· Apply your UI and UX skills to enhance the visual and interaction design of the ATM experience, while considering the varied contexts of use
· Create design frameworks, systems, and components that aim to deliver consistent UX across a range of user touchpoints, aligning with existing design systems in use in other channels
· Drive continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution and design approvals
· Support user observation, research, and analysis to understand the challenges of our customers
· Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
· Promote relationships across teams, through shared roadmaps and a unified vision for customer-focused outcomes

Preferred qualifications:
· Experience with banking features and ATMs is a plus, particularly experience ensuring accessibility in physical kiosk interactions
· An online portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in creating end-to end solutions through ideation, user research, wireframing, and design iteration, particularly experience that marries hardware and software together
