Supervisor - Showroom

Job Description

Job Duties will include:

• The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the showroom operations and staff. This includes scheduling the staff, interacting with various department heads, creating nightly reports, handling guest issues when needed, and interacting with the guests nightly to create a positive and professional guest experience while providing 5 star customer service.
• The Showroom Supervisor will assist the Showroom Manager with training, and evaluating the staff.
• Training will include how to handle emergency evacuation and guest emergencies.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of two years supervisory experience in a theatrical environment. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
