Civil Project Engineer

We are looking for an experience Project Engineer with experience in Civil and Transportation to join our team.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of transportation projects, from initial planning to final implementation. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and designers to create detailed project plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various transportation infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and transit systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to inform project decisions and optimize design solutions.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Implement quality control processes to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and correspondence, to ensure accurate records are kept throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
