Responsibilities
This position will drive business value by supporting Patient Access teams across the organization in the analysis of Clearance and AHIQA data. Analysis of data will include but is not limited to registration accuracy and eligibility verification. This position will assist Patient Access teams across the organization improve all Clearance and AHIQA metrics that are below the standard. Proactively identify the need for additional eligibility payers and AHIQA rules for registration. This position will field and respond to all incoming questions regarding Clearance and AHIQA. This position will assist in the delivery of process improvement opportunities by applying analytical and critical thinking to generate innovative and practical solutions that drive improvements in Patient Access. This position will be able to function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Clearance and AHIQA related operations and for strategic project optimizations. Additionally, the Patient Access Analyst will serve as the vendor liaison and point of contact between facilities and departments to ensure all issues are being resolved and all pending project requirements are being met.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $65,560.00 to $97,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
