Are you a Registered Manager seeking your next exciting opportunity?We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee three of our services located in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.
The services you will be responsible for include:
- Bishops Corner (TN38 0LX) - Provides specialist support for nine males and females who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Bishops Corner is situated on a quiet road, just fifteen minutes’ walk to the town centre and the sea front.
- Bishops Way (TN37 6JQ) - Offers residential support for three females who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). We are off a quiet road, a short distance from the town centre and the sea front.
- Wheelhouse (TN37 7HA) - Offers residential support for three males who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are on a private road, a short distance of the main town centre and seafront.
What you'll be doing
As a Registered Manager you and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities and other initiatives.The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible. Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
