Job Description

Job Title: Senior Developer - Client Lifecycle Management (Grade 11)

The Team:

We are building an end-to-end client lifecycle management solution, where technology drives procedural automation and standardization. Our solution includes industry-leading modules and tools widely adopted by financial institutions, spanning the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to maintenance and offboarding while providing seamless integration with various in-house products. We leverage a mature Java/Spring Boot-based tech stack, supported by AWS infrastructure, along with the latest advancements in the industry.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Design and architect solutions for complex business challenges in the client lifecycle management space, utilizing extensive experience with Java/Spring Boot/Angular/PostgreSQL tech stack and AWS infrastructure

  • Build next-generation products that customers can rely on for informed business decisions, enhanced customer experiences, and scalability while working on enterprise-level solutions

  • Implement agentic AI and LLM-based services to streamline onboarding, document processing, and exception handling, along with automation across entity matching, data validation, and workflow orchestration

  • Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams across backend, front-end, data, and AI functions, working directly with clients, commercial teams, product managers, and tech leadership

  • Build systems for KYC, AML, FATCA/CRS, LEI, and other regulatory checkpoints while ensuring compliance with data privacy, data sovereignty, and regulatory architecture patterns

  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, building positive relationships by delivering high-quality solutions that enable business growth

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Proven experience working with Client Lifecycle Management and/or KYC workflow solutions, demonstrating strong grasp of the subject matter

  • Strong Core Java 8+/Java EE design skills with expertise in design patterns and microservices architecture using Spring Boot and related components

  • Extensive experience with messaging technologies (such as Active MQ, SQS, SNS, or Kafka) and proficiency in optimizing SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases

  • Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ECS, or similar cloud services) and REST API development

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in Agile environments

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies including OpenAI APIs, Agentic AI frameworks (such as Crew, LangChain, RAG, or AutoGen), and NLP capabilities

  • Experience with BPMN workflow tools (such as Camunda, Airflow, or Drools) and low-code platforms (such as Pega or Appian)

  • Knowledge of entity resolution and matching techniques, including graph-based ID resolution and fuzzy match frameworks

  • Understanding of data partitioning, GDPR compliance, and modern UI architectures such as Micro Frontend patterns
