Program/Project Manager VI

Definitive Logic is seeking a Program/Project Manager to join our team. This opportunity is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities:·       Accountable for all aspects of the program/project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).·       Plan, staff, budget, and direct programs to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers.·       Accountable for program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management.·       Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered.·       Prepares strategic reviews of project status with leadership.·       Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership.·       Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.·       Documents Past Performance write-ups.·       Accountable for program growth.·       May be responsible for Net New growth within current customer account.·       Supports the following customer initiatives:o   Improve workload planning and hiring process to balance risk, cost, and performanceo   Improve operational efficiency by streamlining and standardizing common business processes o   Enhance enterprise change management processeso   Transform agency culture to align with strategic goals and drive employee engagement, performance, and accountabilityo   Shift IT focus from a reactive, solution-centric approach to a proactive integrated strategic roadmap that enables automation, operational efficiency and data-informed decision making

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years’ experience managing projects at HUD or Public Housing Authority (PHA)
• Experience enabling innovation in programs, policies, and procedures, including facilitating innovation in housing construction and engaging the private sector for innovative solutions
• Broad understanding of HUD provisions, directives, policies, organization, and processes
• History of achieving quantifiable results in optimizing business operations that eliminate inefficiencies and increase overall productivity and employee morale
• Extremely strong executive presence and communication skills
• Robust professional network
• Deep knowledge and experience with operational and organizational transformation
• Strong performance management and measurement background 
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business 
• PMP certification 
• CSM or equivalent certification
