Strategic Facilities Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Global Facilities Project Coordinator to support project teams in planning and delivering facility-related projects across multiple international locations. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while working within established frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility projects across several global sites, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Prepare cost estimates for equipment, labor, and materials.
• Monitor indirect spend and ensure service levels and cost efficiency targets are met.
• Collaborate with finance teams to validate and report cost benefits.
• Act as a subject matter resource for facilities projects delivered internally or through partners.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for real estate and facilities processes.
• Work closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Track risks and provide regular project status updates.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or facilities management.
• Practical understanding of project management principles.
• Experience in facilities or construction project coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (10–20%).
