Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Practitioner.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Program Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) • Function as the lead for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and environment ATO approval
- The Tenant ISSM is responsible for the overall security posture of the government cloud-hosted system/application for which they have been appointed
- Develop organization cybersecurity program including cybersecurity architecture, requirements, objectives and policies, and cybersecurity processes and procedures
- Lead security audits and identify and document system security controls
- Create and maintain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation such as the system security plan, security risk assessment, security test and evaluation plan that will be required to achieve system authorization-to-operate (ATO) for hosted applications
- Ensure implementation of IS security measures and procedures, including reporting incidents to the AO
- Ensure the secure configuration and approval of IT below the system level
- Monitor compliance with cybersecurity policies, as appropriate
- Ensure cybersecurity inspections, tests, and reviews are synchronized and coordinated with stakeholders
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with security integration and successful tenant organization Authority to Operate (ATO) on AWS infrastructure.
- Experience onboarding and maintaining the Program in eMASS
- Experience with Risk Management Framework.
- Experience with assessing and testing security controls as it relates to Cloud Standups.
Bonus points if you have:
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Systems
- Working knowledge of the certification and accreditation standards and guidelines associated with NIST SP 800-53
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
