Job Duties

Schedule CCCA employees utilizing the KRONOS system to meet staffing/coverage requirements on buildings/living areas to ensure quality care is provided to Individuals in Residence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of: Principles of customer and personal service, 2) Experience and knowledge of scheduling processes and principles, 3) Documentation, 4) Applicable regulations and policies, 5) English language, 6) Scheduling systems.

• Skills Include: Problem identification, 2) Proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office Software, 3) Coordination, 4) Interpersonal Diplomacy/Professionalism, 5) Judgment and decision making, 6) Time management.

• Abilities include: Written and verbal comprehension, 2) Written and verbal communications, 3) Problem sensitivity, 4) Problem resolution, 5) Wrist-finger dexterity.
