<p>We are currently looking for a new <b>Senior Manager SIOP</b>. This person can be located anywhere in EMEA and they will be responsible for implementing and ensuring effective delivery of the region’s SIOP process and lead change management in adoption of SIOP strategies across the sites, regions and enterprise</p>

<p><b><span>Duties and Responsibilities </span></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Implementing and ensuring effective delivery of the region’s SIOP process</li>
<li>Accountable for operational performance and improving the business results in the4 areas of customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, productivity, profit and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Ownership of the region’s SIOP processes</li>
<li>Creating relationships will all required cross-functional stakeholders to ensure inputs are robust, accurate and timely.</li>
<li>Accountable for the short term tactical SIOP process and also the long term demand, capacity and supply plans.</li>
<li>The long term plan development will ensure that the output of the SIOP process provides the executive leadership team with actionable plans, fact based decision choices that improve operational performance and delivery to the customer.</li>
<li>They will manage and drive the execution of the SIOP plans into the short-term Operational Planning horizon. They will own the Master Supply Plan and Production Scheduling processes that balance available resources at the optimum cost to deliver best possible on-time and in-full to the customer requirements.</li>
<li>This position requires a deep understanding of SIOP, MRP, master scheduling and capacity planning. In addition, the SIOP Manager will work closely with local, regional and corporate level supply chain teams to develop Planning BOMs, S&OP Metrics and Inventory Plans that drive to zero part shortages, enable on time shipments, reduce customer lead time and at the same time reduce E&O risk.</li>
<li>Lead change management in adoption of SIOP strategies across the sites, regions and enterprise</li>
<li>Lead the region’s monthly SIOP process delivering cross-functionally aligned, achievable long-term demand and supply plans. Ensure a disciplined and continuously improving process that allows for executive level action planning and decision making.</li>
<li>Facilitation of the region’s long term Demand Plan ensuring input and accountability from the key stakeholders in developing and approving the plan. Develop methods to model demand changes and their impact on the Site operations</li>
<li>Assist the sites within the region on their short-term (Operational Planning) and long-term (SIOP) Supply Plan through the development of the Site’s Master Supply Plan and Production Schedules.</li>
<li>Balance load and capacity and inventory investments to best meet the customer plans at optimum costs. Develop methods to respond quickly to changes in plan and improve performance delivery to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Consolidate inputs from all sites within the region, lead the SIOP meeting at the regional level and then support the business unit level SIOP meeting and executive meeting</li>
<li>Ensure all SIOP decisions are documented, action items are tracked and drive the timely completion of those actions.</li>
<li>Ensure that Root Cause Analytics and Corrective Actions methods are used to drive improved performance</li>

<p><b><span>Requirements</span></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience working in either a supply chain, demand planning, financial planning or inventory planning capacity and/or related supply chain management including design, implementation, and execution of SIOP or S&OP-related processes</li>
<li>Advanced MS Excel skills, Tableau preferred.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and prioritize input from senior management, stakeholders, and other departments</li>
<li>Decisiveness and personal ownership – ability to make decisions and tenaciously own implementation</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills</li>
