Job Description
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval.
LinkedIn’s Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) organization is on a mission to deliver data-driven insights and AI-powered tools that help our global sales teams excel. We are seeking a Senior Analytics Business Partner to join our Insights & Analytics team supporting LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization (GBO), with a focus on our Marketing Solutions business.
This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic analytics engagements that shape how we enable our customer-facing teams to succeed in a rapidly evolving B2B marketing landscape. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior enablement and go-to-market leaders, helping them understand the behaviors, skills, and knowledge that drive commercial success — particularly in how our teams engage with customers around marketing measurement, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
You’ll apply your analytics and consulting experience to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize enablement investments, and measure the ROI of programs designed to improve employee effectiveness. If you’re excited by applied analytics at scale—and want your work to directly influence how teams coach, train, and grow—we’d love to have you help raise the standard for enablement impact at LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Partner with go-to-market and enablement leaders to identify high-impact business questions and translate them into clear analytics plans
- Analyze behavioral, performance, and enablement data (e.g., CRM, call transcripts, training systems) to uncover what differentiates top-performing customer-facing teams
- Translate insights into enablement strategies — advising on what to train, how to prioritize, and how to measure success
- Design and execute measurement strategies for enablement programs
- Build frameworks to estimate the ROI of enablement initiatives and guide investment decisions
- Communicate findings with clarity and precision — including uncertainty, assumptions, and practical implications for business decisions
- Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional partners on analytics best practices, behavioral measurement, and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategic finance, business operations, or a related field
- Experience in SQL and working with large, complex datasets
- Experience analyzing behavioral, sales, or performance data to drive business decisions
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Experience with B2B marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong, Chorus) or unstructured data analysis
- Background in strategic finance, management consulting, or business operations — especially in roles involving ROI modeling or investment prioritization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations
