Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the administration, configuration, and maintenance of OneStream for the Autonomous Solutions Business Area actuals and reporting. Coordinate with Hexagon Group Finance for shared dimensions, workflows, and governance.
  • Manage end-to-end consolidation processes under IFRS, including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, minority interests, and journal adjustments for Autonomous Solutions and cross-business interactions across Hexagon.
  • Coordinate and execute the month-end close consolidation calendar for Autonomous Solutions. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Business Area results to Hexagon Group reporting, including management reporting and variance analyses.
  • Design, build, test, and document OneStream artifacts, including workflows, forms, transformation rules, mappings, dimensions, dashboards, and reports, in alignment with Hexagon Group standards.
  • Define and govern finance master data for Autonomous Solutions, including the chart of accounts, entity structures, and custom dimensions. Maintain mapping logic while ensuring compliance with Group governance processes.
  • Lead data integrations from source ERPs into OneStream, including validation, reconciliation, and completeness checks. Collaborate with Business Area IT and Hexagon Group IT on integration quality and sustainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in close, consolidation, and reporting processes across Autonomous Solutions while ensuring consistency with Group Finance policies.
  • Maintain internal controls and documentation in alignment with SOX or equivalent frameworks, including access controls, change management, and system governance.
  • Support complex accounting scenarios, including acquisitions, divestitures, legal-entity reorganizations, and foreign operations, within the Business Area. Apply IFRS and consolidation impacts appropriately within OneStream.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams across Autonomous Solutions to ensure data quality, process adherence, and effective training.
  • Support internal and external audits, partnering with Hexagon Group auditors and Business Area controllers to provide system evidence and process documentation.
  • Manage small enhancements and projects for the Business Area footprint, including testing, cutover, and hypercare. Align with Hexagon Group governance as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues affecting the Business Area user base. Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Maintain current IFRS knowledge and anticipate impacts on consolidation and reporting at both the Business Area and Group levels.
