Workforce Analytics Project Manager

Gritter Francona is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Workforce Analytics) for an upcoming project supporting the DoD. The Project Manager will lead a team that is responsible to translate mission requirements into workforce requirements through the collection, measurement, and analyses of Coast Guard (CG) work requirements. The Contractor will help in researching, collecting data, modeling, drafting, editing, and documenting during all phases of the USCG WRD determination process.
The Project Manager's overall responsibilities will be to lead the Contractor team to complete an WRA (Workforce Requirements Analysis) to determine the number, type, skill, and mix of personnel and positions needed to translate applicable mission and policy requirements into manpower requirements. Specific duties may include:
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion of call orders
- Apply knowledge of best practices project wide
- Ensure team alignment of scope, budget and timeline
- Allocate team resources and manage budgets
- Ensure all deliverables meet standards for submittal
- Serve as key facilitator between teams and client
- Mitigate risks and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster effective communication between parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience working with analytics
- Prior experience conducting workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics
- Have the ability to undergo a background check/obtain a CAC card
