We are seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Sr. Consultant to support our program with the US Army. Work will be performed on a hybrid basis with onsite support required 2 days per week in Tysons Corner and Arlington VA. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong IT background with a focus on robotic process automation, possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this role you will:1. Manage and ensure the smooth operation of RPA modules, particularly in support of the Dormant Account Review-Quarterly tool Process. 2. Utilize SQL knowledge to create code that supports various automation and data management tasks. 3. Design and develop dashboard visuals using platforms like QLIK or Power BI to enhance the presentation of financial metrics. 4. Work with our clients to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that facilitate the design and creation of automatable processes. 5. Employ platforms such as Power Automate and SharePoint to develop and implement automation solutions. 6. Navigate complex financial systems to support the organization's financial health and accountability. 7. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions. 8. Apply knowledge of policy and compliance requirements to ensure that all processes and automations adhere to necessary standards.

Required Skills/Experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
- 6+ years of experience with federal financial management
- 3+ years of federal accounting experience
- Proficiency in using SAP-based financial systems and modern Microsoft applications for automation and process improvement
- Strong understanding of and ability to write SQL code for data management and automation purposes
- Ability to analyze client pain points and develop solutions to replace outdated manual business processes
- Skills in designing and creating visual representations of data through dashboard platforms
- A solid base in financial and accounting practices to support the financial aspects of the role
- Proficient in Power Automate, UIPATH, SharePoint, Power BI/QLIK, SAP (ERP/BI) applications
- Ability to analyze client pain points and develop solutions to replace outdated manual business processes.
