You will oversee development cycles, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role requires strong organizational leadership and cross-functional coordination to support our product growth and excellence.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage a team of Product Owners and Managers, ensuring high standards, proper workload distribution, and effective onboarding, training, and performance management.</li><li>Maintain initiative backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee feature delivery progress, dependencies, and deadlines across modules.</li><li>Resolve disruptions, remove roadblocks, and guide the team to optimal sprint presentations and PO release documentation.</li><li>Collaborate cross-departmentally to align on business goals and product execution.</li><li>Take ownership of complex or cross-modular initiatives, including ad hoc strategic tasks beyond core scope.</li><li>Participate in roadmap planning, customer update sessions, and operational meetings; step in for Product Director responsibilities when needed.</li><li>Drive quality and control for new features through peer review sessions and internal collaboration.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions.</li><li>Monitor and maintain adherence to product management procedures, policies, and documentation standards across the team.</li><li>Identify synergies across Shiji’s broader portfolio and ensure seamless integration of product modules and initiatives.</li><li>Utilize industry experience to participate in peer review sessions, ensuring control and quality assurance of new features through technical insight and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Travel domestically and internationally to Shiji offices and Shiji customers for collaboration and presentation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in software product management or product ownership or development area.</li><li>Experience in story writing, sprint planning, refinement, writing of release notes and sprint review presentations.</li><li>4+ years experience in hospitality industry either with product development, product management, implementations or support.</li><li>Leadership or management experience with direct or dotted line reports.</li><li>Excel in ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges independently by creating solutions appropriate for all involved. Demonstrate ability to drive product forward.  </li><li>Confidence to make suggestions to achieve improvements, efficiencies and drive these solutions through to completion. </li><li>Leadership qualities with ability to adhere to policy and procedure </li><li>Ownership and accountability. We look for someone who proactively takes ownership. </li><li>Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accountability in actions and communication and behavior at all times.  </li><li>Effectiveness in communication. Understanding of how to communicate to executive management, colleagues, and also line reports.   </li><li>Analytical mindset, with ability to both take into account the big picture, and ensure future needs will align with current development work while also paying attention to the finer details.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility</li><li>Feedback and initiatives are always welcome, you’ll also get full ownership to help shape the company's future</li><li>Opportunity to grow inside the global organization and develop yourself both professionally and personally</li><li>Flexible working hours and a modern workplace in one of our multinational offices</li><li>Regular company Events &amp; Entertainments as well as access to various location-based benefits and Employee Assistance Programs</li></ul>
