As a Software Engineer within our OI Provider DevOps Enablement - Revenue Cycle Automation team, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and simplifying healthcare operations through secure, scalable technology. Our vision is to enable faster decision-making, improve user experiences, and deliver greater value to our business partners and members. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support for enterprise applications
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using .NET, React JS, Azure cloud services, and SQL databases
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures, modern web applications, APIs, serverless components, and infrastructure-as-code
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools and AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, accelerate development, and drive continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps deployment automation to improve release velocity and operational efficiency
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and enforce engineering standards, ensuring high quality, maintainability, security, and performance across all outputs
- Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies to maintain high availability and system performance in production environments
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software increments aligned with business outcomes
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends across cloud, AI, and modern engineering practices to inform strategic direction and innovation

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, OR 4+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience working across modern programming languages such as .NET (C#), Java, and SQL
- 3+ years of front-end development experience using modern frameworks (e.g., React JS, Angular, or TypeScript-based stacks)
- 2+ years of hands
