Maintenance Technician I: M-Th 2nd Shift/2:00 pm - 12:30 am

About the Position
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for general facility and equipment repairs. May be required to perform HVAC services or additionally skilled duties.

Functions

• Comply with all safety requirements to include wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Perform general facility maintenance to interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, equipment etc….
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, ventilation, and plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Work with voltages ranging from 24vdc to 480vac.
• Must be able to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Must have the ability to use a variety of electric meters, hand tools, and power tools.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules for all buildings and equipment.
• Work with outside contractors on equipment and/or facilities related topics
• Spare Parts management
• Must be able to make quick, educated decisions and work well under pressure.
• Complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major breakdowns.
• Responsible for quality, cleanliness, and quantity of work performed.
• Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and various lift trucks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification/Associate degree in related field or experience working in an industrial maintenance or related environment
• Minimum two years maintenance and repair experience required with industrial maintenance required.
•  Basic computer skills/MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Pass Background and Drug Screen
