(Senior) Operations Controller (f/m/d)

<p>As a Senior Operations Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing and operational excellence across various European energy markets. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver reliable results.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for contracts across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, supporting cash collection processes</li> <li>Manage booking and validation requests, ensuring prompt processing of client price fixes received by 6:00 PM</li> <li>Oversee all aspects of invoicing, including data collection, standardization, reconciliation, and coordination of invoices and annexes</li> <li>Serve as the main contact for investigating and resolving billing disputes and related inquiries</li> <li>Manage the process lifecycle for customers, counterparties, and TSOs, including deal entry, invoice preparation, and operational readiness</li> <li>Support junior team members and contribute to documentation and process improvements</li> </ul><p><strong>What you bring &amp; who you are:</strong></p><ul> <li>Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or equivalent</li> <li>3-5 years of relevant industry experience in energy trading and sales</li> <li>Business fluent in English and Dutch; other European languages are a plus</li> <li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li> </ul><p>About the team: You will join a collaborative and diverse team dedicated to operational excellence in the energy sector.
