This position will perform printing, cutting, laminating, and finishing tasks within a manufacturing value stream.</p> <p><span>We are centrally located in Hernando County in the Airport Industrial Park.  We have </span><span>a clean, a</span><span>i</span><span>r-conditioned manufacturing facilit</span><span>y.  </span>Come meet us and learn how you too, can make a difference the <strong>AccuformNMC</strong> way!</p> <p><strong>3rd Shift 10:00 p.m. - 6:45 a.m.</strong></p> <p><strong>$16.50 + $2.00 Shift Differential</strong></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cycle counts</li> <li>Quality inspections</li> <li>Replenish inventory</li> <li>Coordinate consolidation of inventory for specific accounts, label and prepare for shipment</li> <li>Fulfill customer orders, pull inventory and package for shipment</li> <li>Report work orders utilizing Smart Bin, AME/Frontier</li> <li>Uses Frontier programs to monitor inventory and balance accounts</li> <li>Cross train within and out of department/value stream</li> <li>Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies</li> <li>Receive trucks and unload product</li> <li>Receive in purchase orders from outside vendors, verify, inspect, and put away inventory</li> <li>Packs and ships orders for delivery.</li> <li>Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items</li> <li>Reports and returns damaged product</li> <li>Palletize orders for shipment</li> <li>Operates forklift or other machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products</li> <li>Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.</li> <li>Alerts warehouse supervisor of any issues with shipping or receiving</li> <li>Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager</li> <li>Must be able to work overtime as requested</li> <li>Job functions may include special assignments as directed by the department supervision or manager</li> <li>Assist in production value streams as needed</li> <li>Report all unsafe activities to Plant Manager, Safety Manager, VP of Operations, and/or Human Resources</li> <li>Comply with all safety and environmental rules, regulations, and guidelines, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements</li> <li>Dispose of hazardous and all other waste materials in accordance with regulatory procedures and policy</li> <li>Be punctual and dependable; accountable for assigned work shift</li> <li>Take direction from and communicate with others regardless of age, gender, race or religion</li> <li>Perform general housekeeping duties to keep works areas clean and free of debris</li> <li>Work overtime as requested</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to be on your feet, standing and/or walking, for the duration of your shift</li> <li>Ability to identify and distinguish between colors</li> <li>Ability to perform such actions as bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, lifting, and performing repetitive motions throughout shift</li> <li>Handle material up to 50 pounds in weight</li> <li>Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery or equipment with moving parts</li> <li>Could be exposed to dust, noise, or hazardous materials</li> <li>Good command of the English language, both written and verbal</li> <li>Good reading, spelling, and comprehension</li> <li>Intermediate to strong math skills</li> <li>Ability to use hand and power tools</li> <li>Ability to take accurate measurements using rulers, tapes, gauges, and other tools</li> <li>Strong computer skills</li> <li>Ability to take direction and work well with others</li> <li>1-3 years’ related experience preferred</li> <li>Prior manufacturing experience</li> <li>High school diploma</li> <li>Some college/trade school preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p> <p><strong>We offer excellent comprehensive benefits that include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision benefits.</li> <li>Health Care Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.</li> <li>Paid time off including vacation &amp; personal time.</li> <li>401K – with company match.  Both pretax and Roth options available.</li> <li>Company paid Short Term Disability.</li> <li>Company paid Long Term Disability.</li> <li>Company paid Employee Assistance Program.</li> <li>Employee Wellness Program.</li> </ul>
