The primary focus of the role is to oversee financial management for some of largest administrative departments at the School, ensuring effective and timely reporting, and fostering data-informed decision-making processes. As well as overseeing the operational day to day of these departments.
Key responsibilities include projecting and budgeting, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and liaising with external partners to meet financial operational needs. The Associate Director is responsible for developing and implementing processes to support departmental financial decision-making and driving strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance. This position requires a unique blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
