Economies around the globe are moving towards Real Time Payments (RTP), bringing substantial innovation and modernization to payments. There is an increasing demand for the provision of real-time payment services across every region of the world, adding trillions of dollars in payments volume globally on an annual basis. To drive successful adoption, RTP infrastructures are supported by value added services across the entire payments value chain and all use cases – this is where Visa comes in.

You will join the RTP Risk Analytics product team, who design and build state of the art advanced AI products to help Financial Institutions detect and prevent fraud & scams in real-time payments, using advanced AI techniques.

The RTP Risk Analytics is part of a key strategic growth pillar for Visa globally to address rising market demand for new and emerging payment flows.

The RTP Risk Analytics product team functions as an incubated start-up, taking ideas through the entire product lifespan from concept to market, all while leveraging Visa’s global infrastructure, technology, and experience as a leader in global payments.

The Product Manager will be responsible for executing and delivering the rapid design and build of our cutting-edge AI products. You will work closely alongside multiple Visa teams to build out the service and deliver it to the client.

Apart from working on product development, the Product Manager will also be involved in commercialising the service and activating markets across the globe. This includes the delivery of client pitches and demos, fostering client relationships, and supporting delivery of pilots and live service to clients.

What will you do?

• Lead the design and execution of the RTP Risk Analytics product suite including:

  • Managing end-to-end execution of new product development for live service.

  • Participating and providing business input to the design and technology discussions.

  • Leading and collaborating with teams across Visa to align RTP Risk Analytics with Visa Global strategy, product suite, and processes.

  • Working with Product, Research, Engineering, UX teams, and others to deliver product goals.

  • Managing, prioritizing and planning of varied initiatives in parallel.

  • Working closely with multiple teams including Data Science, Software Development, AI platform, Infrastructure and Network teams to deliver components of the product(s).

  • Presenting findings, results and value proposition to clients.

• Deliver client pitches and demos to internal and external stakeholders.

• Build regional market relationships.

• Take a creative and Design Thinking approach to develop innovative solutions to industry challenges.

• Support in managing team as needed. Support wider product team as needed.  

• Play an instrumental role in the RTP Risk Analytics team, actively participating in the overall strategy design, commercialization, and execution of Risk Analytics products.

• Become go-to-person for Live Service of RTP Products. Represent the product and product strategy.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
